
Rich brings over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, defined by a relentless drive and a commitment to going above and beyond to deliver game-changing results for clients and stakeholders. With deep expertise across both in-house and agency roles, he has consistently delivered high-impact, long-term outcomes.
As Senior Communications Director for Viacom (now Paramount) with responsibility across all of their UK channels, he led the comms strategy to transform Channel 5’s reputation across audiences, industry figures, and opinion formers, working closely as the communications advisor to Ben Frow, with the channel winning a slate of industry awards and wider recognition.
He spent nine years at Sky TV, where he led the 18-strong comms team with responsibility for entertainment, news, movies and arts through a pivotal period of expansion beyond sport and movies. He also acted as informal advisor to the Sky Sports publicity team.
As a board director for several years at a previous agency, Rich built a thriving media division from the ground up, securing a portfolio of long-term, full service retained clients in addition to regular and returning project briefs. Clients included Warner Bros Discovery, ITV, Channel 4, Freeview, CBS, SeeSaw, Global Radio, Turner Broadcasting, Leopard Films, Argonon, Vision Nine and many more.
In 2020, during the COVID lockdown, Rich founded indie house—offering premium, results-driven strategic and campaign communications. Long term and returning clients include Argonon, Like A Shot Entertainment, Amazon Music, Wondery, Novel Podcasts, Channel 5, and Paramount UK.
